Fastrax Motorsports makes NO warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written to purchaser. There is NO warranty of merchantability to purchaser. Ordering any parts from Fastrax Motorsports is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and to his discretion as to the correctness of the parts for his application. Fastrax Motorsports take absolutely no responsibility for the correctness of the application of the parts or for the use of the parts. If, and in the event that the purchaser expressly or implied cause representations, or statement, or affirmations of fact contrary to this disclaimer of all warranties, expressed or implied, then purchasers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fastrax Motorsports in the even of any claim, demand, or legal action against Fastrax Motorsports by an purchaser.
This warranty is nontransferable. This warranty does not apply to any defects or damage resulting from alteration, modification, neglect, misuse, damage in transportation, abuse, or any cause other than the normal use of the parts & equipment. This warranty does not apply to products resold by Fastrax Motorsports that are manufactured by other companies. No warranty or claim is made by Fastrax Motorsports regarding the efficacy of any product for any particular application. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
In no event, shall Fastrax Motorsports be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of its products, including without limitation any direct, incidental or consequential damages, and damages for loss of profit or racing interruption.
Sales Policy

Deposits: 50% Deposit required on chassis orders, 50% on completion
Shipping
All merchandise will be shipped from Fastrax Motorsports, Kokomo, IN 46901 unless otherwise specified. All shipments will be sent by method of transportation specified by purchaser.
Claims
Claims for damages, open or concealed, are to be made with transportation company, not Fastrax Motorsports.
Returns
Special ordered parts non-refundable. All freight and handling must be prepaid. All returns subject to 20% restocking fee and prepaid freight.

Please state part number, full description of item(s) and quantity desired. Fill out your name, address and phone number. If you mailing address and street address are different, please give both with mailing directions.
Right to Cancel
You the Buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction. If you cancel you must make available to Fastrax Motorsports any goods delivered to you in the terms of this contract or sale in substantially as good condition as when received within TEN BUSINESS DAYS following the receipt of your cancellation to Fastrax Motorsports. If you do not make this product available to Fastrax Motorsports, or if you agree to return the products to Fastrax Motorsports and fail to do so, then you remain liable for the performance of all your obligations under the terms of this sale. To cancel your order, please call Fastrax Motorsports within three business days of the date of purchase.
